When Matt took Peachstate Craftsmen from a side hustle to a full-time business, this was our very first large-scale project.
A full home remodel with a two-story addition. It was truly all hands on deck… and at the time, there weren’t many hands to go around.
Throughout this project, our team began to grow, and our incredible PM, Taylor, jumped in full force from day one. We were learning everything in real time — how to run a business, manage multiple projects, hire the right people, coordinate subcontractors, and build out the systems and processes that shape who we are today.
This home didn’t just transform structurally — it helped shape Peachstate Craftsmen. It taught us what we value as a company, where our strengths lie, and where we needed to grow. There were plenty of learning curves along the way, but standing here now, seeing the finished product… every challenge was worth it. The result is truly something special.
