Project Description & Highlights
Sometimes the best space in the house is the one you least expect.
When this repeat client called us to build out the basement of their new-build home in Canton, we were so grateful for the chance to work with them again. At a stage of life where they were downsizing, they still wanted a space that was fun, functional, and ready to light up when the grandchildren came to visit — and that's exactly what we set out to create.
The finished basement is flooded with natural light from large windows and opens directly to the backyard through a walkout, making it feel anything but below grade. A fully equipped kitchenette is perfect for entertaining, while the spacious living area — anchored by an air hockey table — gives kids and adults of all ages a place to gather and play. A private bedroom with a full bathroom rounds it all out, making this lower level as comfortable as it is fun.
Light, airy, and thoughtfully designed from top to bottom, this is what happens when a basement reaches its full potential — and when a client trusts you to get it just right. This is why we do what we do.
